Sohaib A. Rehman

Sohaib Rehman is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and practices mainly in family law in Harris and Fort Bend County.

 

Attorney Rehman serves his clients by listening to their goals, developing a road-map for reaching those goals, and then presenting all available options to his clients. By doing this, his clients are better enabled to make informed decisions regarding their case, including case-strategy, cost control, and settlement options.

Attorney Rehman has previously served clients in high net value divorce cases, simple divorce cases, child support modifications, conservator and custody issues, geographical restrictions, family based immigration, deportation, removal proceedings, and probate matters. Attorney Rehman occasionally takes on pro-bono cases through the Houston Volunteer Lawyer's program and the Daya Clinic for Victims of Domestic Abuse.

 

Educational Background:  Sohaib received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston where he graduated in the top 33% of his class, excelled at the law school's renowned trial advocacy program and earned multiple academic honors like the Dean's List and CALI award scholarship. Sohaib also voluntarily represented families through the Sorrels Legal Clinic and the Office of Attorney General's Child Support Division in Houston, Texas. Sohaib also contributed to federal legal research programs in the area of Texas civil procedure and interned as a judicial clerk for 333 Judicial District Court in Harris County, Texas.
